We, the Veterans Upward Bound family, would like to say, “thank you!” You have made a big sacrifice in serving our great country in order to protect our freedom. It is with this gratitude that we would like to welcome all veterans to our program. It is our intention to administer the most dynamic and effective pre-college program in the country for our veterans. Whether you would like us to assist you in selecting and applying to a university/college or to help you improve your academic skills; we are here to help.
